We took our first trip of the season to the Frederik Meijer Gardens to see the Butterflies. We went Tuesday night, the only night it's open late, so it was fairly busy. Busy+very active/curious toddler=very few pictures.

If you ever want to do something with butterflies, there is a website called Insect Lore where you can buy a butterfly garden kit and receive the caterpillars. We did this with the kids at school last year and it was so much fun to see the looks on their faces when they released the butterflies. It looks like he had a great time!
It's a great idea Rachelle! I looked at buying those for Mike's dad's kids for Christmas. I think it's such a neat idea.
